This week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of City Park. Putting shovels to the ground on a momentous project that will impact our community for years to come.

This is the start of Phase 1 in a four-phase plan. City Park is proof that the best results come from working together. Throughout design, we’ve work with stakeholders from the City of Bradenton, Florida - Government, Manatee County, Florida Government, and the Pittsburgh Pirates to align around one goal: around one goal: creating a place that provides for the community well beyond game day. Strong communities are built around collaboration.

More than just athletics, City Park will be a home base for community connection and shared memories. This is a place where future generations will build their relationship with Bradenton, one visit at a time.

Sharing the Humane Society of Manatee County’s vision for the future of their campus with the community at the Manatee Chamber of Commerce’s Business After Hours event was both a joy and a privilege! What a great day to connect. We had some great conversations about HSMC and Fawley Bryant’s vision for the future of their campus.

Over the past few months, we’ve worked closely with HSMC to envision their next chapters. Through every conversation and planning session, we’ve seen firsthand the compassion, dedication, and care that drive their mission not just for the animals they serve, but also for all those who show up — the volunteers, staff, and families who make that mission possible.

Sometimes delivering a great product requires an adapted team workspace where we can address challenges together in real time.

Our team knows the importance of collaboration. It often helps to have your teammates within listening distance, able to respond immediately to even the smallest requests for feedback, throw an option up on the TV for immediate review, or sketch concepts of an idea onto the white board. Some of the best solutions are reached through working comments.

When a fast-turnaround presentation or deadline is on the horizon, this is our approach: leaning in, teaming up, and moving forward as one team.

The Humane Society of Manatee County is looking toward an exciting future, and we’re proud to help shape it.

Fawley Bryant is partnering with the Humane Society to develop a long-range master plan for the campus and design a new adoption center. This evolution of their campus will create a welcoming, safe environment where animals can meet their future families while improving the experience for volunteers, staff, and visitors alike.

Every planning decision is centered around compassion, animal wellbeing, community, empowerment, and legacy. We look forward to sharing more as this vision continues to take shape.

Across three floors, the IMG Academy Performance Center provides a venue for sports science research and elite training. This three-story, 55,000 SF facility houses the Gatorade Sports Science Institute and the Under Armour field testing and innovation office alongside the focal point of the facility: the 12,000 SF weight room and associated amenities.

High ceilings paired with an open floor plan and ample lighting, the open space gives that feeling of limitless opportunity. The weight room includes 28 stations, 16 pod-style cable clusters, functional training areas, a combatives area and a free weights area. Custom branding covers the gym.

The first floor also includes two hydrotherapy pools, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, and trainer storage. On the second floor, 2,000 SF along the north wall accommodates cardio equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills, and rowing machines. A fifth of the building is also divided into research facilities and offices. A Gatorade Fuel Bar is located on the ground floor, where athletes can order personalized formulas tailored to their unique requirements.

It’s been our pleasure to sit down with several clients over the past few months for in-depth conversations about BIM modeling. Through our listening tours, we recognized an opportunity to provide greater clarity around the technology and how beneficial a design tool it is.

A lot can be accomplished in just an hour. From levels of design to practical use in project delivery, coordination, and facility management, our project managers lead these conversations — all while spinning a BIM model to showcase real-time edits and visualization.
