A long contract usually feels like a red flag.

Our clients were ready to replace the original 1994 square tile and give the flooring throughout their home a more updated feel.⁠

Our LGK team installed luxury flooring throughout this client’s 10,000+ sq. ft. entertainment and pool area, including the two second-floor balconies overlooking the water.⁠🌴🏖️⁠

The design combines porcelain tile and wood, with a mix of gloss and matte finishes to create contrast while also making the exterior areas more practical underfoot.⁠
