A landmark hotel on the bay is being demolished. The Hyatt Regency Sarasota, built in 1975, served as a luxury hotel until 2025 is now being torn down to make way for a new revitalized waterfront destination. Always sad to see iconic buildings like this make way for new modernized amenities.
If you take a look at the fifth slide you will see what we consider a true symbol of Past, Future, and Present Sarasota.
The future Ritz Carlton Residencies is currently being built. And as a business lucky enough to have them as clients it is very exciting to see. And at the same time as residence we can seem to already feel the pressure of more people crowding the already congested downtown area.
And in the same post you will see what we consider the Present, the already built and established Ritz Carlton Residencies first building that we have to celebrate because our amazing team of guys have completed the exterior refresh paint of the entire building. As a business overcoming the challenges of a job this large with a professional team of guys that never stop exceeding our standards of a luxury waterfront painting business, you can understand how monumental this is to our business. Not to mention the high standards that comes with anything associated with our clients at The Ritz.
We are sure this post is going to make certain locals cringe and others who work in this industry see the benefits during construction. As locals ourselves obviously we have mixed feelings also, but as a business where so many families depend on us to have an income and survive in this turbulent economy we are truly blessed to be able look at these projects as true blessings from God, because we know he will always provide.
