A few pics of a current project! Material is tongue and groove azek applied vertically.
We are finally making some great progress on this home. Can’t wait to finish it and show the final product. The timbertech exterior flows from the front of the home through the foyer up the walls across the ceiling and out to the back. You can notice the inside ceiling tongue and groove seams line up with the outside upper soffit through the window at the end of the video. All mitered corners and individual mitered returns to all the windows and doors. No trim all edges scribed tight. It has been one of the most challenging jobs that I have done, laying it out from the front to the back , up the walls and across the ceilings without being off not even a 16th of an inch. There is a total of 19000 linear ft of timbertech on the exterior, 24000 stainless steel screws and plugs, 16500 linear ft of cypress tongue and groove on the interior ceilings, walls and all the exterior porches.
