Agreement customers received an email today. We had to raise agreement prices for 2026 more than the usual 2% or 3% inflation chaser. I'm not happy to do it but it's unavoidable. Agreement customers qualify for an extra special Christmas gift though. It's in the email. Hint: it's an offer code.

NATE is a non-profit organization that provides technical certification of Air conditioning, heating and refrigeration technicians as individuals. A company cannot be certified. The testing is rigorous and detailed. Real experience is the only way to be certified. We have technicians who are certified and those of us not yet certified are studying to become certified.
