It ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. Leaving the last job of the day. 4 properties 3 cities and a bunch of satisfied clients. The last one was just an inspection that turned into an emergency. We found a little more than we bargained for, but we got it done. We are taking the next few days off so this had to be done tonight.

If you have a mobile home, I will crawl under it and inspect it for damage that cannot be seen!

No job too small. We had squirrels making nests in my clients car. They had a water softener installed and the screens in the vents had been cut for outside access. A small problem that turned into a big one. All good now!

I didn’t come to this house to knockdown wasps nest. I came for another problem they were having. I noticed they had quite a few wasps nest around their home. It cost me just a few min of my time to take care of them so they wouldn’t have to. Going above and beyond for my customers is just in my nature.

I hung this sign almost a decade ago. It has been through some of the strongest storms the state has ever seen. Today I had the pleasure of taking it down. Gypsea Soul is one of my favorite little hometown boutiques! They have new signs. Downtown Bradenton.

Sarasota and manatee have hard water. Over time it will build up in your filters. Clean them yearly to keep them functioning correctly. Remember that moen products carry a LIFETIME parts warranty. You can order new filters or just hire me to clean he existing ones. Some days I am doing renovations and some days I’m painting. Today I am performing preventative maintenance including but no limited to cleaning filters and recaulking sinks tubs and showers. Call today and see what I can do for you. 8 years ago, We started hanging shutters with this storm. We built quite a following in one particular neighborhood and try to stick around there due to the sheer volume of clients. Under a new business name, but same neighborhood. It’s our pleasure to serve all of our clients.

Little Sunday morning rambling. Some references posted about Irma. Googled looking for models and found an image I posted back when it was in the middle Atlantic. Notice the spaghetti models.
