Every project starts somewhere. For Carrera Pointe, it started with a conversation, a waterfront property, and a client with a collection worth designing around.

We’re deep into the conceptual phase right now, exploring directions, refining the vision, and making sure every decision is intentional before anything is committed to. That process takes time, and it should. This is the kind of project you get right.

We’ve been deep in the design process for a while now — and it’s time to start bringing you along for it.

Carrera Pointe is a collector’s garage project currently under design and build on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The property sits right at the edge of a river, on a point of land that gave this project half its name. The other half? What’s your guess?

This is a look at the space as it stands today…raw, under construction, and already full of personality. Follow along as we take it from here to something built for a serious collection.

Design has many parts to it, and one of our favorites is having samples on hand. This flat lay was put together during a conceptual design presentation, allowing our client to see the products, colors, and finishes themselves, making design decisions with intent vs. guessing and hoping for a cohesive design.
