Smart stair lighting, done clean.

For this staircase, we tied the stair lights into the Control4 lighting system and used an Axxess Industries wireless Zigbee motion sensor to trigger the sequence automatically.

As you start up the stairs, the lights come on with a timed follow effect — then do the same on the way back down.

Simple. Clean. Functional.

Would’ve loved to light every single step individually, but maybe next time. ⚡

Final touches going in on this living room surround setup overlooking the Lemon Bay Intracoastal 🌊

Richard dialing it in with a clean, flush install featuring a LCR soundbar perfectly matched to the Samsung Frame, paired with rear channels and a dedicated sub for full, immersive sound.

All brought together on the platform for seamless control and a refined user experience.
