There's a first time for everything. This stunning lakefront home, which we initially insulated with spray foam in early April, required reinstallation of the spray foam just two weeks ago. ***Take note***: due to an unfortunate accident involving improperly stored and disposed of stain rags, a charring incident occurred at this property. Consequently, all the spray foam had to be removed, along with electrical components, and the area was ice blasted to eliminate the odor. Afterwards, the property was restored and re-insulated. If you're working with stain, exercise extreme caution and heed the warnings on the label. Although this incident was unfortunate, we're pleased to have successfully completed the reinstallation process.
