It’s Grape season! These Concord grapes are ready to process. Today I’ll be running a couple rounds through the steam juicer. Later this weekend I plan to make a batch of jam and jelly.

Thanks to Green Bee Floral Designs LLC for the grape cuttings last year, the plants are so productive this season!

Spent the day getting ready for the farmers market tomorrow. Excited to see how it goes! The Farmers Market at Perlick Distillery is open 11am-3pm on Sundays during September. Hope to see you there!

Was out in the garden early this morning harvesting flowers and veggies in preparation of our first farmers market! The farmstand is acting as our walk-in cooler to store these flowers until we arrange and wrap them.

Come see us tomorrow at The Farmers Market at Perlick Distillery! We will have cherry tomatoes, large heirloom tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, garlic, potatoes, bouquets, and more!

Have you gotten a chance to try Shish*to peppers yet?

This mild pepper is fantastic seared in a hot pan and served with a garlic/lime aioli. We’ve also enjoyed it grilled or added to breakfast skillets.

Hours extended until 1pm now that the rain let up!

Our event is happening today rain or shine! We’ve adjusted our plans and moved the setup indoors but we are ready to welcome you, 10am-noon today to Build Your Own Bouquet!

We’ve got dahlias, marigolds, phlox, amaranth, cosmos, sunflowers, and more!

Come enjoy a glass of basil iced tea and say hi to Doug while you put together a bouquet from our pre-cut stems.

$20 per bouquet. Build your own or make it at family activity. All are welcome!
