Just a little helpful information for people who decide to go with big name or nationwide bathroom remodeling companies. First of all the customer financing $14,000.
That covers demo old tile tub and walls plus lvp to go over floor he gets a acrylic walk in shower pan and acrylic walls 2 corner soap dishes with a bypass door. Again 14000 dollars. They stop the job once they get to subfloor and see a joist had rotted and some studs at the rat seal rotted. Told him to find a contractor to fix it before they can continue. Yes I am advertising for myself or bragging either way he calls me I ride out the next day and fix all he needed so they can continue. And he ask me what do I charge for what he got. I answered with ballpark some where between 7500 to 8000 maybe lower depending on tile price. Only difference walls would be tile still acrylic walk in shower pan. Here's subfloor picture of what they wouldn't do. And a picture of it fixed.
Only 2 hours to fix but not covered for $14000 . I'm just putting this out there so when you think you want a remodel job please remember Webb's Remodel 251-786-1157 I'm not cheapest but as you see I'm not price gouging either.
