2 family complete gut, chimney removal, porch removal and a section of roof for dormers. One of those easy jobs they say on a dead at the new train stop in Somerville this whole house had to be live loaded out in dump trucks with only three available parking spaces and passes for spots across the street there was no parking on the side of the job needless to say when I had the trucks out front I didn’t make no friend out of the parking patrol people, we had words exchanged and they weren’t hearing my points.

More than one way to skin a cat. On this removal we decided to stripe the roof shingles, remove decking and cut rafter. This decisions to adjust to the elements of Job site was made due to lower level ceilings and windows were going to remain. By dismantling roof and not cutting up into sections leaving shingles attached we saved on one dumpster delivery. While moving that savings to adding more labor we minimize risk of any unnecessary costly damages.

Today’s job was off to a rough start had half the crew finishing a small job in the am to come meet us on this porch removal and then the call from the kids, the family dogs got loose and are missing couldn’t not go looking for the kids best friends.
