Studio 300A Architecture See what we have been up to, and read about issues important to us. We are Barry Peterson AIA and James Godbe (and at times others).

We specialize in designing new buildings or in adaptive re-use of structures to form highly site and use specific "places". We think of our selves as "place makers" because our focus is on weaving together people and places with our architecture. Our projects tend to be simple, meaningful and warm, and are closely tied to the terrain or the community in which they exist. We tend to use common, non-exotic materials, though they may be presented in unusual or surprising ways.
