This home started off as an addition and remodel. It became apparent that it needed to be fully torn down and rebuilt.

I have been on the Board of Directors for the Mill Valley Historical Society for 4 years. My project has been to find a good home for a historic Mt. Tamalpais Hikers Trail Map that was painted on the side of a building at Throckmorton Avenue, and Old Mill Street circa 1949. It was covered by shingles by 1960. In 2004 when the building was being demolished for construction of condos the MVHS salvaged the old siding with the trail map painted on it.
We have had it restored and have found a new home for it in downtown Mill Valley. The billboard sized map, and a sidebar explaining it's history will be unveiled October 20th at 4pm!!

A 10-foot-tall map of decades-old Mill Valley hiking trails torn off the side of a building will be considered for installation in Old Mill Park.

This is a new, ground up, home we designed for a client in Marin County. Michael Weiss of Western Construction built the home.

The upper level of this two level home with a full basement was poorly laid out. In order to make it function well for the family we re-designed the entire upper level which resulted in tearing off the old and rebuilding a new upper level. The main level and basement were very carefully left intact while we tore off and re-built the upper level.
