Sometimes a painting project turns into a little detective work. 🔎🎨

While working in this bathroom, the paint began releasing from the wall. Once we started removing the loose material, it became pretty clear there was a moisture issue hiding underneath.

At that point, the right move isn’t to simply cover it back up with primer and paint. We stopped so the source of the moisture could be identified and the problem properly addressed before moving forward.

And a big shout-out to Copie Burnett with Enviro Professional Response (EPR). I gave Copie a call, and he dropped what he was doing and came out immediately to inspect everything. He was able to check the area, give us answers, and help us determine the right next step.

That kind of responsiveness is exactly why having good people you can call matters. If you ever have water damage, moisture, mold, or restoration issues, I definitely recommend giving Copie and EPR a call.
