Savannah, we're sorry! This morning we were made aware that a widget on our website has allowed an inquirer to schedule appointments with us, without our knowledge. This feature was added at the Franchise level and was not meant to be included in our local territory. Furthermore, this feature did not integrate with our actual schedule and as such, could not provide accurate times.
As a local small business, we give all appointments by phone, after a short conversation about the work you're looking to complete. This is to ensure we can meet your needs and provide you the best customer service possible.
If you were affected by this glitch, we apologize. If you made an appointment on a website and didn't hear from us, this is the reason. Contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
