I have available, the following:
Spring Mix greens such as: 1 Spinach, 2 Lettuce, 3 Arugula, 4 Chives, 5 Corn Salad greens, 6 Baby Pock Choy, 7 Baby Chard. greens.
Any, or specific combinations can be put as a salad.
Add on can be: hard boiled eggs, Parmesan, Olive oil, salt. Dressing is at your choice.
