This interior project consisted of a bit of everything.

->Install of new exteior fiberglass door✅
️->Demo of exisiting hallway floor ✅️
->Install of new floors✅️
->Installing baseboards✅️
-> Patching & repair drywalls✅️
-> Making new steps✅️
And a few other interior fixes ✅️✅️✅️

It was a feat of sorts 💪🏽 for a few reasons, from the shape of the building to uneveness ⚖️ and a few curveballs that came up along the way along with the weather or mold/mildew issues on bathroom ceiling
(lack of air,circulation mixed w/moisture-humidity & no air flow will almost always cause this issue).
just incase your wondering 🤔 why YOURS might be having some similar issues showing NOW.
This stuff put up a a heck of fight 👊...
But ultimately in the end of course💪🏽

In the end the overall projects result was night & day🤩 tenats & owner was happy and relieved (as no one prior wanted to do the work) but what's more important is it being safe for the tenants & gave Rob some peace of mind. 😌 who's been really great client
