was formed in 1995 to assist clients in a variety of construction disciplines. Window and doors were are first field to conquer. ACRC started with their first client Pella Windows and Doors. We quickly became Allies with Pella and they became our number one choice for recommended windows. We assisted Pella in opening their store in Schaumburg and then Barrington. We were one of two contractors Pel
la would recommend for their installations in Barrington. We offered our services to Pella for no charge and worked in one of the two stores on Saturdays. This gave us a great opportunity to really know our product after thousands of homeowners and builders asking us every possible question under the sun. Obrochta wrote a guide book on the proper method for accurately measuring for doors and windows. Pella purchased twenty-five copies as a training manual for their sales staff. In addition, Greg produced a video presentation covering commercial window installations. Due to the expertise of Mr. Obrochta and his company they were accepted into the first Pella CPC (Certified Pella Contractor) program. Windows and doors have become the calling card for G. Obrochta, A Complete Remodeling Company, Inc. which has literally “opened the door” to many opportunities that have begun from what appeared as a straight forward window or door replacement. Obrochta’s company has completed the installation of thousands Pella, Marvin and vinyl windows and doors. The projects have ranged from residential and multi-family. Commercial and institutional facilities such as Clearbook in Schaumburg, Gurnee, Rolling Meadows, Hoffman Estates and Palatine, Pepsi Co in Elk Grove Village, Windsor Park Manor A Covenant Retirement Community in Carol Stream, the Merit Club Clubhouse in Libertyville (Michael Jordan’s preferred golf club) and the Irving Park Lutheran Church School in Chicago. The Great Indoors has engaged Mr. Obrochta Company for over a decade to perform the required renovations and to install their kitchens and baths. We worked with The Great Indoors (Sears Holdings) out of their Deerfield, Schaumburg and Lombard stores. We installed hundreds of kitchen and baths. Trouble shooting and repairing many poor installations by other companies. The Great Indoors have to come depend on Mr. Obrochta construction expertise, time and picture for a national advertising campaign. Obrochta’s company gained such a stellar reputation among its customers that the original customer returns to Greg for more complex projects. We found if we did a great job on the supply, install and service of windows and doors our clients asked us to do additional work for them. ACRC expanded its range of services offered to clients.
