This project was a full-scale restoration from start to finish. Multiple drywall patch-ins and repairs, full surface prep, detailed trim restoration, and a complete kitchen cabinet refinish using premium Italian-made 2K . 🐎

Every trim package and door throughout the home was prepped, filled, sanded, and sprayed with Emerald Urethane Enamel for a beautiful, smooth, durable finish built to last. 👊🏼

Ceilings, walls, and accent walls were transformed room by room with precision craftsmanship and attention to detail. 🔍

A timeless A-frame, elevated.
We prepped and coated all wall boxes with precision, while every contrasting wood surface was carefully cleaned and sealed with two coats of clear to enhance its natural beauty and extend its longevity. 🪵

We’ll be back this summer to refinish the exterior and complete the transformation.

Last summer, our team took on this extensive restoration, brought in to remove and replace the failing coatings that covered this home’s exterior. From carefully removing caulk-sealed clapboard siding and addressing underlying wood rot, to rebuilding vulnerable areas and installing a coating system designed to stand the test of time, every step was handled with precision and purpose.

🌨️ Whether winter lingers or spring arrives early, a beautifully painted interior never goes out of season.

🔹This project included a full-home detailed trim restoration of the existing failing coatings, extensive wall repairs and skim coatings, and complete wall and ceiling painting throughout. In addition, the stained doors were removed and refinished off-site, where we manually stripped the 50+ year-old existing finish, created a beautiful custom-matched stain, and applied three coats of water-based satin polyurethane.
