Over the past 13 years, Joe has brought dedication and a passion for making a lasting impact on every project he touches. One of his favorite memories from this past year was working on the Museum of Innovation and Science (miSci) project — helping upgrade the building to ensure it meets the needs of the future while continuing to inspire generations to come.

Celebrating Kaitlynn’s first year with C2! 🎉

Over the past year, Kaitlynn has brought creativity, passion, and a fresh perspective to the team in her role as an interior designer. Her attention to detail and dedication to creating thoughtful, functional spaces have already made a lasting impact on our projects and clients alike.

When asked if she had a favorite memory from this year, she said "pizza and poker night!"

Nearly 8,000 employees from more than 400 companies took to the streets of downtown Albany yesterday for the CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge, hosted by the Hudson-Mohawk Road Runners Club.

The 3.5-mile course started on Madison Avenue, looped through Washington Park, and finished at Empire State Plaza.

Our team of 8 enjoyed a beautiful evening running the course alongside thousands from across the Capital Region. Great energy, great teamwork, and a great event! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Affordable housing projects require strong collaboration from start to finish, and we’re proud to have contributed construction administration services for Golden Hill in Kingston, NY. Thank you to the entire project team for helping create much-needed housing for the community.

Golden Hill is a story of site transformation, energy efficiency, and human-centered community design.

Built on a newly reimagined 20-acre site that was formerly the Ulster County Jail, Golden Hill is a highly-efficient, all-electric development pursuing both the U.S. Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home certification and Enterprise Green Communities “Plus” level of certification. Each building will have a rooftop solar array that will collectively generate roughly 700 kWp of renewable energy, enough to power about 85 homes per year.

Designed with green building principles in mind, Golden Hill maximizes solar heat gain in the winter and provides shading in the summer. It incorporates high-performance windows and energy recovery systems to support efficient heating and cooling.

Celebrating two amazing years! 🎉

Today we’re proud to celebrate Jordan’s second anniversary with the C2 team.

When reflecting on the past year, one project stood out—watching Scotia Sweets break ground. The new space will include a drive-thru window, commercial kitchen, service counter with display area, seating, and restrooms. Stay tuned for more about this sweet project!
