C2 was excited to attend and show our support for our client, FS8 Niskayuna NY's grand opening and ribbon cutting held on Saturday, October 24!

C2 provided architectural and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services for a new 2,300-square-foot FS8 studio within an existing tenant space. Working closely with FS8, part of FIT House of Brands, and the local franchisee, our team helped bring the brand’s fitness concept to life through a welcoming, functional studio design.

Our experience working with national brands and franchise owners helps us bridge brand expectations and the practical needs of each location. Clear communication with both the brand and franchisee was central to the process, aligning design standards, operational priorities, and building code requirements. This collaborative approach informed a coordinated design and construction document package tailored to the studio.

The completed space features an inviting reception area with FS8-branded lockers, decorative LED lighting, and merchandise displays. The main studio accommodates 18 reformer machines, with six televisions arranged across two walls to support group instruction. Dedicated storage and restrooms round out an efficient layout that supports daily operations and a comfortable experience for members and staff.

| Check out the construction progress of R.M. Dalrymple's new one-story office/warehouse facility.

The building includes 4,000 SF of administrative space and a 12,800 SF warehouse. The warehouse has a 2,500 SF mezzanine that can be used for additional storage space. The administrative portion of the building is conventional framing and the warehouse is pre-engineered. The facility will allow the business to grow and better serve their clients.

| C2 provided architectural design services for the renovation of an existing 11,000-square-foot facility in Johnstown, NY, for The Wesson Group. The project was developed to support the company’s continued growth and consolidate its existing operations within a newly renovated and expanded workplace.

C2 worked closely with The Wesson Group’s stakeholders to evaluate operational needs and develop a layout that maximizes functionality and flexibility. The renovation includes updated office spaces, conference rooms, a kitchen, and restrooms, along with a modernized interior aesthetic that reflects The Wesson Group’s brand and supports its evolving workplace culture.

The renovation creates a cohesive, contemporary facility designed to support The Wesson Group’s people, operations, and continued growth.

Two years at C2! 🎉

Happy 2nd C2 Work-iversary, Zach! When reflecting on the past year, one project stood out: Scotia Sweets. Having the opportunity to see a project from concept to completion is highly rewarding. There’s nothing quite like seeing an idea become a finished building, and we’re glad Zach got to experience that full-circle moment!
