Grateful that I was able to help design one of the newest additions to the local Latin dance community with Cato Studio and Events/Cato Dance Company!!

It is an elegant mixed use facility where by day they hold business conferences and meetings. By night there are dance lessons with open dance where memories and community is being made! 🎶💃🕺

This year marks my 8th year of officially going off of my own as a woman owned business.
I never could’ve gotten here if it wasn’t for my clients who have faith in me, and I owe an even bigger thank you to my amazing contractors who are truly unicorns! I’m grateful for them every day for us mutually having each other’s back, always having the best interest of our clients 1st, and I deeply appreciate them being open to my crazy ideas…
I am truly only as good as my best contractors skills and wanting to be challenged to create something really unique, which is tailored to our clients needs. I’ve been in the industry for over 20 years and finding incredible design partners and contractors like them is so hard to find and I have big love for them.

We just added the final detail today! The angled backsplash accommodate the varied height of the existing windows. With clever thinking we made it look like it was intentional and a feature! 💁🏻‍♀️
I can’t wait to show you how we gave this client a beautifully cohesive and very functional kitchen, despite having some awkward features to work around!

Honored that Houzz featured one of my kitchens to be spotlighted as their kitchen of the week!

They are inundated with kitchen designs from all over the United States and I was stunned that they selected one of mine from right in our back yard.

This kitchen is packed with so many clever storage ideas, and even HIDES the outlets, so they are camouflaged into the backsplash, where they are barely visible.

My favorite little helper today.
I try my best everyday to show her what she can aspire to be, to push myself to do and be better everyday, while showing humility, and that momma makes mistakes too. Sometimes I forgot how much she learns just from simply being able to watch me in my work with my team or holding the end of the tape measurer or showing her how to read it.
Then I hear her parrot some of it back later and it puts a big smile in my heart.
She’s already soooo much more creative than I was at her age. I love watching her grow.
