Mortellaro’s Nursery tiene trabajos de Trabajo General/ de Vivero disponible con nuestros grupos de mantenimiento del vivero y producción de plantas en Schertz, Tejas a $15 por hora.

Tareas pueden incluir, pero no se limitan a:

Sacar Hierbas,
Plantar Plantas,
Podar Plantas,
Mover Plantas,
Regar Plantas,
Cargar y Descargar Tráileres,
Limpieza General, y
Otras tareas relacionadas con plantas realizadas en una rotación con supervisión.

Requisitos Físicos:

Trabajar de Lunes a Viernes de 7:30 AM a 5:00 PM y Sábado de 7:30 AM a 12:00 PM. Dependiendo el nivel de trabajo de la temporada, puede ser necesario trabajar antes y/o después del horario programado de empezar y terminar el día.
Realizar labores manuales al trabajar al aire libre, expuesto a todas condiciones del clima.
Levantar hasta 50 libras. Proporcionaremos asistencia con objetos mas pesados o grandes.
Estar de pie por periodos largos y soportar caminar extensamente.
Mantenimiento del plantas requiere mover plantas manualmente, podar plantas, cavar con una pala, sacar hierbas a mano, rastrillar basura, y otras tareas; todo requiere una capacidad de doblar y agacharse.
Cargar y descargar plantas y materiales de tráileres y vehículos.

Mortellaro’s Nursery has General Labor jobs available with our nursery maintenance and plant production crews in Poteet, Texas at $15 per hour.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Pulling Weeds,
Potting Plants,
Trimming Plants,
Moving Plants,
Watering Plants,
Loading and Unloading Trailers,
General Housekeeping, and
Other plant related duties to be performed on a rotational basis with supervision.

Physical Requirements:
Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Depending on the seasonal workload, it may be necessary to work before and/or after the scheduled start and end of day times.
Perform manual labor while working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions.
Lift up to 50 pounds. Assistance will be provided for heavier or bulky items.
Stand for long periods of time and endure extensive walking.
Maintenance of plant material will require manually moving plants, trimming, using a shovel for digging, pulling weeds by hand, raking debris, and other tasks; all require an ability to bend, stoop and squat.
Load and unload plants and supplies on trailers and vehicles.
All applicants who have received a conditional offer of employment will be required to undergo and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
Employees, thereafter, will under go and pass random drug and alcohol testing.

Beneficial Skills:
Nursery or landscape experience is helpful but not required.
Bilingual skills are helpful but not required.

Benefits:
Medical insurance after 60 days of Full Time employment.
Seven paid holidays after 90 days of Full Time employment.
