We are looking to fill our part time position. Hours are roughly 9 am to 3 pm at 30 hours per week or less. We are a light to medium duty construction company that specializes in remodels, additions and rebuilds. Successful candidates in this role have been semi-retired looking to supplement income, student builders looking to expand their knowledge and learn some tricks of the trade, or someone with a part time job already (evenings).
Must -
Have working knowledge of basic trade tools.
Have reliable transportation.
Have a good work ethic.
Be reliable.
Be presentable.
Have an eye for detail.
Have pride in their work.
This is a 1099 position. Pay is cash per week and is based on experience, willingness or ability to haul a small trailer if needed, and possession of tools. Hours worked each day are rounded up to the nearest hour, paid lunch and breaks if needed.
Would like to find someone experienced with:
Tile
Drywall
Carpentry
Painting
Minor plumbing and electrical
Flooring (lvp, tile, carpet)
We are willing to train motivated individuals.
