I've started up a tree service with the goal of leaving a happy customer. We don't rush our jobs, but we always make our deadlines. I intend to reflect our quality of service through maintaining a five-star rating on every front we can be reviewed by. Due to current life changes, and recent events worldwide, we are now cutting very selectively because of time constraints.
Ideally we're trying to stick to smaller jobs with a minimal or no cleanup and a bit of complexity. Like large broken pieces in high, precarious, areas unreachable by equipment.

Sorry to all potential customers.
We've recently moved.
WE'RE NO LONGER IN KALAMAZOO,
WE ARE NOW BASED OUT OF SCHOOLCRAFT.
(I will still be available for Kalamazoo jobs in the future.)
During this move, our records system has been unavailable, as well as a reliable cell-phone signal, or internet service.
As a result I haven't been able to respond to calls for estimates in the timely manner I'd like to maintain, OR SOMETIMES AT ALL (SORRY).

DON'T EVEN LET THEM ON YOUR PROPERTY WITHOUT KNOWING THEIR LAST NAME AND BUSINESS ADDRESS!
Just a year ago I cleaned up a mess left behind after a scammer cut, and took, a number of walnut trees while leaving all the tops everywhere.

Trees in West Michigan are buckling under a thick coat of ice that has formed over the last two days.
