This was probably the most challenging site that we have ever had as far as access is concerned. This was a small yard with the only access being from an upper street, and the ramp cut across the corner of the pool excavation. Then throw in the retaining wall and storm water management trenches on top of that. If you missed anything that needed to be done, there would be no way to get machinery back to the area after the fact. I'm happy to say, everything went well and the project turned out very nicely!
