New homeowners had inquired about how to properly insulate their home that had no soffits and limited ventilation.. this shows the first visit where we noticed the bathroom fan was not venting out of the home and this will cause moisture to form on the underside of the roof and then mold. If and when they want to sell ; this would be a large investment to have remediation. These happy homeowners got the most bang for their buck and will get paybacks every month from here on out ! Lastly we added flooring to increase storage space 😊🎁

Found this guy living in the Batt insulation inside this beautiful home nestled in the woods of solebury. These animals will find their way into a safe warm area of the home. They will create nests behind the Sheetrock. This leads to voids in the envelope which result in additional problems
