⭐️⭐️This is a long one thank you to those that read till the end:⭐️⭐️
One thing we've learned on this journey is that it truly takes a village to build a business.
Yes, there are plenty of late nights, early mornings, difficult decisions, and moments of self-reliance. A lot of the work happens behind the scenes, inside your own head, when you're trying to figure out the next step. But to say that we built Cracked Bean Coffee and the Coffee Trolley alone simply wouldn't be true.
This business was built through conversations, encouragement, shared ideas, honest feedback, helping hands, and people who believed in us when we were still trying to believe in ourselves.
The physical help, guidance, support, and friendship we've received can never fully be repaid. Sometimes our gratitude may not come across as strongly as we feel it, but please know that we are genuinely thankful for every person who has played a role in helping us get to where we are today.
We'd like to recognize a few people who have had a tremendous impact on our journey:
Hector, owner of The Neighborhood Plumber. An honest, fair, hardworking professional and the plumber our family trusts and relies on.
Michael Parfomak, owner of Easy Pool and Spa. Not only did your skill and precision help create some of the fine details that turned our vision into reality, but you also gave us a piece of advice that changed our mindset forever. When self-doubt started creeping in and we questioned whether we were ready, you told us:
"Opportunity doesn't wait for you to be ready."
That hit us hard. We realized we could either rise to the occasion and figure it out, or stay comfortable in the ordinary existence we were living. That advice continues to guide us every day.
Wendy at Studio 611 Shirt Shop—from shirts and patches to ongoing friendship and support, you've helped us look professional and feel supported from day one.
Jess Andretta, your design work consistently takes the ideas in our heads and brings them to life. Your creativity and talent have become a huge part of our brand, and we couldn't be more grateful.
Tyler and Top TEiR Wood—the amount of work you've done during your "free time" is a big reason this trolley even functions. Your generosity, craftsmanship, and willingness to help have meant more than you know.
Randy and Tiffany Detrick —you believed in us before you really knew us. You gave us the platform and opportunity we needed to gain momentum and springboard forward. Thank you for your continued support, conversations, and encouragement along the way. You two are truly amazing and inspiring people.
Pocono Mountain Harley-Davidson- thank you for opening your doors to us and allowing to serve at your incredible facility.
Stonewall Garden Center- you were the first to carry our coffee and feature it proudly in your shop thank you for trusting our family in your store.
Kinsley Shoprite- thank you for allowing us to sell our coffee bags in your store and being part of your customer appreciation day. It is incredible to see such a large store that values family and community the way you do.
Flood's Nursery & Farm Market- although our partnership is new, we look forward to the bright future we will have together.
And to everyone else who has offered advice, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, stopped by for a cup of coffee, helped with a project, or simply believed in what we're trying to build—thank you.
If your name isn't mentioned here, please don't think it's because you did less or that you've been forgotten. The truth is, there have been so many people who have contributed to this journey that it's impossible to capture everyone in a single post.
And finally, to our children.
You are the driving force behind everything we do. Every early morning, every late night, every sacrifice, every risk, and every difficult decision has been made with you in mind.
We hope that over the last two years you've seen that dreams are worth chasing. Not because the road is easy, but because when you're doing it for the right reasons, it's always worth the effort. We hope you've learned that it's okay to bet on yourself, to work hard, to face uncertainty, and to pursue something you truly believe in.
The people we're doing this for are you.
The reason we're doing this is you.
More than building a business, we're trying to build an example—one that shows you that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they refuse to quit.
Cracked Bean may be our business, but it is a reflection of a community that continues to show up for us, support us, and help us grow.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us turn a dream into reality. ☕❤️
