Had to grab this today… yard signs on both sides of the street.

Made me stop for a second and think about where this all started.

Over the last 3 years, we’ve had the chance to work for hundreds of homeowners across Western Nebraska. A lot of you I’ve met in person, a lot of you have referred us to friends and family, and a lot of you have trusted us with your homes more than once.

That doesn’t get taken lightly.

I’m seriously grateful for every single one of you who’s supported Pro Task Services along the way.

As we’ve grown, I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out how we can serve people at a higher level… and the answer has been pretty clear.

Focus on what we do best.

Ever seen a home sale almost fall apart… over a few little chips of peeling paint?

I have. And it’s painful.

FHA requirements can get really particular about things like flaking paint, and when those pop up late in the process it turns into a scramble. Deadlines get tight, everyone’s stressed, and sometimes it feels like a deal could fall apart over something small.

That’s why it’s been awesome working alongside Trista, Sandy, and the team at Champion Realty.

They truly care about their clients — especially first-time home buyers. I’ve seen them stay calm through the chaos, guide people through inspections and requirements, and keep deals moving when things get complicated.

Sometimes that means bringing someone like us in to handle those paint repairs quickly so the home can pass inspection and get to closing.

And honestly, seeing someone get the keys to their first home after all that effort is pretty special.

Huge respect to Trista, Sandy, and the Champion Realty crew for the work they put in helping people in our community reach that moment.

Hey Scottsbluff / Panhandle friends —

Pro Task Services is looking to connect with a few local subcontractor crews to partner on upcoming projects and help serve our community at a higher level.

Panhandle friends —

I just wanted to say thank you to the local businesses and homeowners who have trusted us over the past few years.

This project was for my friend Jeremy at his auto shop. It was a big one — and doing it mostly solo was no small task — but seeing the transformation come together is why I love this work.

Over the last year we’ve really dialed in our focus and systems so we can serve at a higher level — better prep, clearer communication, premium Sherwin-Williams products, and a smoother experience from estimate to final walkthrough.

This season we’re focusing primarily on residential painting so we can bring that same level of care into homes across the Panhandle.
