There’s nothing more exciting than seeing new life pop through the soil and knowing we’re one step closer to helping more people learn how to grow their own food. I can’t wait to share this journey, the lessons, and the harvests ahead with everyone in class! 🌿🥬🍅

Today, I had the incredible honor of serving as Chairwoman for the YWCA Women in Leadership Awards here in Connecticut, celebrating more than 50 extraordinary women who are making an impact throughout our communities.

What an unforgettable afternoon filled with empowerment, inspiration, and purpose. With over 400 amazing women in the room, the energy and magnitude of this event was truly powerful. We were also honored to hear from our keynote speaker, the Secretary of State Stephany Thomas, and grateful for the support of Blumenthal as we celebrated these remarkable leaders. Special thanks as well to our wonderful emcee, Mayland, who brought such grace and warmth to the event.

Thank you to the YWCA New Britain for trusting me with this responsibility. This organization is near and dear to my heart, and it is truly a blessing to serve on the Board of Directors for such an impactful organization dedicated to uplifting women and strengthening our communities.

The tulips are putting on a beautiful show this week, blooming bright and full in the raised beds. There’s something so peaceful about seeing them line up in neat rows, soaking in the sunshine and bringing a pop of color to the garden. Moments like this make all the planting and planning worth it.

Amber Cove, DR stole our hearts 🌿✨ We took a peaceful nature walk surrounded by lush greenery, soaking in every moment—and just when we thought it couldn’t get any more magical, a stunning rainbow appeared across the sky. Pure beauty, pure serenity. Moments like this remind us to slow down and appreciate nature’s simple wonders.

Just arrived in Grand Turk and it feels like stepping into a dream 🌴✨ The beach is absolutely breathtaking, and the vibrant tropical flowers make everything even more magical. Paradise truly found 💐🌊

From seed to harvest 🍅✨

I grew Tiny Tim tomatoes right in my greenhouse using a Garden Cube hydroponic system, and I’m honestly still amazed. Watching these little plants thrive without soil, then seeing them turn bright red and perfectly ripe—it never gets old.

Today we harvested our first tomatoes, and they are just as beautiful as they are delicious. There’s something so rewarding about growing your own food, especially when it turns out like this ❤️
