List what is required:

Requirements: 6+ years experience with custom home design & construction docs
Practical experience with Paradise Valley, Scottsdale & Phoenix building and zoning codes.
High proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup
Bachelor degree in Architecture

Higgins Architects is an award winning custom home architecture firm

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer with a minimum of 5 years of professional custom home experience, to collaborate with the principal architect to design and contribute to the production of drawings, and coordinate with consultants to deliver one of a kind exceptional traditional architectural projects. This position is ideal for an experienced designer who enjoys a collaborative environment, wants to work closely with the Principal & can take a project from concept through construction.

The position could be either full time in our Old Town Scottsdale office or work with us on a contract basis, but candidates must live in the Phoenix metro area
