The owners are just breaking ground on this ridgeline home in Firerock Country Club. We are excited when we have the opportunity to design 5 homes in a row on the same street. Each home and owner has their own unique needs and styles that we were able to capture completely.

This incredible home in North Scottsdale integrates into the gentle slope of the property to satisfy the city's Environmentally Sensitive Lands Ordinance (ESLO) while still giving the owners their desire for tall, open interior spaces. Constructed of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), this home is approximately 75 percent more energy efficient than is required by the current building codes.

Construction progress on one of the largest homes in Firerock Country Club. One of the design challenges included a fifty foot climb within the building envelope. A specialized basement wall design was required to bury the back of the house into the hill.
