This is our latest bathroom remodel. The customer Samantha Dean -Maffei decided not to pay the final $2800 owed on her contract. She also delayed the job for nearly two weeks because of her miscommunication with my glass guy that I’ve used for the past 14 years. When she called him a con man, I should’ve packed up my tools and cut my losses! In my 44 years of helping people build their dreams, I’ve never encountered such a negative,narcissistic person. She wouldn’t even let us do her punch list of complaints which is protocol and standard procedure after the bill is paid. Just a horrible human that did nothing but complain! Y’all know my work and I appreciate all of the positive responses. I will be taking her to small claims court.
