A closer look at the Penn Paper Building—where industrial heritage meets a re-imagined streetscape.

Our design of the proposed restored façade preserves the building’s original masonry, scale, and rhythm, while the streetscape reinforces pedestrian life, texture, and urban character.

The resulting streetscape would feel completely at home in Greenwich Village, SoHo, or historic Philadelphia—proving that great urban design is not limited by city size.

Adaptive reuse isn’t just about preserving buildings—it’s about restoring their role in the life of the city.

Check out the rendering we did for Scranton's historic Penn Paper building and the A&P building. We prepared the feasibility study focusing on adaptive reuse for the 2 buildings including the restoration of the masonry and windows. Stay tuned for the next chapter of Scranton's revitalization as more housing and retail is added.

🏛️✨ Exciting news from the Pleasant Mount State Fish Hatchery! We’re thrilled to announce the restoration of the historic hatch house, a key part of our larger civil engineering project in collaboration with Greenman Pederson Inc Engineering.

The original marine-inspired details are simply captivating, and we hope everyone gets to experience the beauty of the hatch ponds and aquarium once it’s complete!

Today, we welcomed our new team member, Brianna, on her second day, and she had the chance to visit the site along with Vincent and myself . It’s inspiring to see the beginning of this amazing transformation! 🌊🐟

🏛️ Historic Preservation in Progress – Stroudsburg, PA
We’re honored to be working on the restoration of a beautiful historic building in the heart of downtown Stroudsburg! ✨

🔨 Phase One includes:
▪️ Rebuilding the iconic second-floor portico posts
▪️ Restoring original wood siding
▪️ Installing new window units that match the historic profiles
▪️ Adding panel moldings + fresh awnings—all in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.

Interior renovations are next... and we can’t wait to share more soon!
