We're seeking a friendly and organized Showroom / Counter Sales team member to join our busy plumbing and HVAC wholesaler showroom!

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent showroom service
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and customer needs
• Assist with sales support and order processing
• Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment

Requirements:
• Plumbing experience a plus but not required!
• Sales experience a plus!
• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
• Reliable and detail-oriented
Must have valid drivers license

Schedule:
• Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

We are so very saddened by the loss of a long time friend and customer, Frank Swaha. Frank was a friend of Robert Walker Sr. and had been a loyal customer of ours for 50+ years. He was a talented plumbing & heating contractor. You would always know when Frank was in the building! He had a big personality and always gave us a good laugh. We will really miss his daily / weekly visits to our Scranton office with his dog, Cookie. Our deepest sympathies are with the Swaha family. We will miss you Frank ♥️

‘Tis the season for extremely low temps! Did you know we offer after-hours emergency services? Here is a message we received today:

“Wanted to let you know about my brother’s dilemma last Saturday. They woke in the morning around 7-7:30 AM and the heat was out. They called their plumber who came around 10 AM and pronounced their heating unit DOA. They called RJ Walker at 11:45 (15 minutes before closing) and not only ordered new equipment, but your folks delivered the equipment in an hour! He was really shocked at your level of service. He gave them a generous tip but said they were organized and set up all the equipment for installation. It took their plumber and his worker the entire day to get them up and running! He had a houseguest that weekend which was a challenge but they had 12 hours without power.
You clearly have a great team! Thanks!“
