In Early 2001, he started Del Mar Painting. In the middle of the housing boom and with the skill and talent within the company, they expanded their business to include full kitchen and bathroom remodeling. became State Certified General Contractors and started complete interior and exterior home and condo renovations with over 300 remodels to date. In March of 2013, Del Mar Interiors Inc. expanded

once again by forming a new company called EastCoast Construction, with the intentions of doing commercial work and boasting a project manager and field supervisor with extensive knowledge and over 30 years of combined experience in hardscape and retail store build outs. Since the inception of EastCoast Construction, they’ve completed two Teavana stores and one hardscape project for a commercial condo in Fort Lauderdale and they are currently working on another Teavana store, LUSH Cosmetics, and The Walking Company co.
