My diaper cakes are done slightly different than most. I do not roll the diapers individually, as i found it to be inconvenient for the recipient when disassembling the cake. They are arranged so that with little effort, the cake can be disassembled and diapers can easily be stacked for later use. Cakes will vary dramatically in price, just depending on what items/theme you prefer.
