* Capable of doing minor drywall patch and repair work
* Capable of doing masking, brushing, rolling, trim and safe ladder work
* Have their own transportation
* Work without supervision and minimal direction
* Have experience with paint sprayer
* Have experience with pressure washing
* Be reliable (extremely important) and professional
* Be willing to work weekends if needed to complete projects on time
