Client relationships mean the world to us, and receiving this email from a past client who reached out after some plumbing issues was so heartwarming. We know we are doing it right!

I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent way that you handled our plumbing issue. I mentioned the situation to a contractor friend of mine and he said: “Now that’s a stand-up response”. We now have a working shower and the holes have been patched and painted.
I would like to say further, that whenever problems cropped up on the job, you were always there with a solid, client-oriented plan to make things right. So, thank you for that too.
We really like our new bath, and J&M was there to help make it possible.
