Yesterday I had the great pleasure to visit one of my recent remodel & addition projects nearing full completion , in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Seattle. My clients/ homeowners will be moving in this weekend. They are responsible for the selection of all the fixtures and finishes you see here in these pictures, and I'm so very happy with all they selected. I wish them many happy years in their new dream home! It was my deep pleasure and privilege to assist them towards this goal. This is why I do what I do.

A new whole house remodel design I've been working on lately. Now that the clients have seen this design ( they really like it! ) I can share it with my followers. The design adds an entire new second floor, and updates the aesthetics to a much more modern look.

I am belatedly celebrating the 6th anniversary of starting ARCHITECT7600!! Woohoo! Has it been that long? My how time flies when you're working hard.

Today I celebrate the 5th birthday of starting my business! Making it 5 years as an independent Architect feels like quite the achievement!

Over the Memorial Day weekend I got to celebrate the substantial completion of a new art studio structure and pool/deck renovation I designed in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. It looks glorious in the setting sun. The main house will also be painted the same colors.

Using H**p as a building material is a brilliant idea. The fast growing h**p would capture and store carbon from the atmosphere, be a very affordable building material, and it looks great too! I hope the State of Washington will assist these local growers to create a processing plant so we can start using this very versatile material in our new houses and buildings ASAP.
