Last year, we discovered there were issues with the foundation of this 3 story home - it was sinking.

After working with an engineer, we determined the best route was to use steel piers to enforce & rebuild the foundation footing.
6 steel piers were driven down to load-bearing soil until they hit resistance.

Next - we pour the cement for the footing before the mason builds the new wall.

Demo always comes with some interesting discoveries & challenges.

Working on a basement remodel to create more space with a new bathroom & laundry room addition into the garage.

We discovered that the ceiling beam was sagging & there were issues with the plumbing but also needs to be reconfigured to fit the new design. Old school insulation - woodchips 🧐

New deck construction: Concrete foundation with slab. To be covered with bluestone pavers.

Soon to be an excellent place to kick your feet up at the end of the day.

Bathroom Remodel from beginning to end.
Increased the space with a dormer addition. This created space to add a walk in shower, soaking tub & double vanity. With some space to spare for shelves & a chair.
