Design Well Spent Company is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join our growing construction team, reporting to our CEO, Tobi Wray.

This position will lead construction management and owner’s representation services for commercial projects across the country, including retail, hospitality, food and beverage, workplace, and multi-family residential projects. Working closely with our clients, designers, procurement team, consultants, and contractors, this role will guide projects through pre-construction, construction, and post-construction while protecting the client’s budget, schedule, and project goals.

We are looking for seasoned candidates with experience leading multiple commercial construction projects and managing people. This position will be responsible for multiple projects or client accounts, as well as managing and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings sound judgment, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude every day. Outstanding project management, people management, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to anticipate risks, resolve issues, and balance design intent with construction feasibility and fiscal responsibility.

Design Well Spent Company is looking for an Interior Design Intern to join our growing team, reporting to our Executive Director of the Interiors Studio, Jessica Araujo.

We are looking for an ambitious, professional student who is in their Junior or Senior year in a college-level Interior Design Program. This position will be primarily responsible for helping us to manage our material library, scheduling vendor meetings, and supporting our design team with project tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings a strong work ethic, attention-to-detail, and a positive attitude to the table every single day. Project management and strong communication skills are required.

We have some exciting news to share... 👀

Tobi and Tiffany traveled to New York City for the Retail Design Institute's 55th International Design Awards, and we're SO excited to share that DWS Co. received a Class of 2025 award in the Restaurant Category for our work on DeLille En Ville! 🥂✨

This project has been such a special experience for our team, from the early ideas to seeing the finished space come to life. We're incredibly proud of what we created alongside DeLILLE CELLARS and grateful to everyone who played a part in bringing this vision to life.

We can't think of a better way to celebrate a project that means so much to us. Cheers to the entire team!
