Craft Custom Cabinets is growing and we are hiring a Sales & Client Project Manager to join our team.

This is a client-facing role responsible for guiding projects from the first inquiry through final completion. The position combines sales, client communication, project coordination, and preliminary design work.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to new leads and conduct client consultations
• Visit clients' homes for measurements and project discussions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and agreements
• Create initial project concepts and layouts
• Collect all project information and communicate it to the design and production teams
• Remain the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project
• Coordinate installation scheduling and project completion
• Conduct final walkthroughs, address punch-list items, and request client reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and project management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Russian language skills are preferred
• Familiarity with estimating, material takeoffs, cost calculations, and bid preparation
• Experience with software such as SketchUp, Microsoft Office, or design applications is highly desirable
• Ability to create initial room layouts and project concepts
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Compensation:

• Salary + commission structure
• Earning potential of $90,000+ per year
• Vehicle allowance provided

Location: Lake Stevens, WA
Service area: Greater Seattle area
