Speaking candidly, this project gave me a feeling of accomplishment more than our usual run of the mill renovations. It was challenging and not something we would usually take on, but I am very glad that we did. We learned a lot on the way, we were able to excercise knowledge we already had, and most of all we met our amazing client John who I’m happy to say is now a friend for life. We exceeded all expectations with this stone work and walnut mantle we fabricated. Look at the way this fireplace brings the room to life 🧙‍♂️ 🪄 ✨

Check out this luxurious bathroom remodel! Our client Marty has been the talk of Sebring village community since its completion 🧙‍♂️. We gutted everything right down to the studs. Installed new drywall with a smooth level 5 finish followed by waterproofing/new shower tiles, crown moulding, flooring, painting, vanities, LED mirrors …. The works! From old tile to new style! Our customers Pat and Cindy were doing a full remodel from top to bottom on their lake house. CanAm Flooring was called in to install their XL watershed laminate, it was a beautiful product to work with. Along with that we installed several hundred feet of crown moulding and all the baseboard throughout the home. The client along with our team were thrilled with the end result!

On this project our friend and client Chris needed his rental trailer revamped. Our team first had to replace all the sub floor due to it failing. Next we laid new lvp, followed by cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, and a new shower insert. We al replaced all the windows. The home has since been staged to perfection. On this project. The shower was failing in many areas and had extensive water damage. We had to do a full demolition of the wet areas. We then installed go board and water proofed everything. Followed by tiling, laying chestnut oak lvp and installing new baseboards. Our client and now friend for life was elated with the final product! 🪄 🧙‍♂️ ✨

This makeover really was a major jaw dropper for our client Paul! 🤩
First we removed the outdated popcorn ceiling, carpets and base. Next, we primed the ceiling and ran a beautiful level 5 skim coat.
We painted the bedroom Van Allen Green and the living room Acadian White.
Once the paint was complete we installed LVP throughout the condo and 4” square stock base for a modern finish.
We had a great time doing this project! 🔨 🎨

After our client had issues with their previous leveling pour, we were called in to make the repairs.
After all demo was completed we primed the surface and ran a nice skim coat with Ardex feather finish and we’re finally able to paint.
