UPDATE: After 3 hours tring to Schedule technician with Century Link for our phone lines that are not working, I was told a service date of November 16, 2 WEEKS without a Business phone is not acceptable.

After 3 hours trying to schedule a technician with Century Link I was given a date of November 16 🤦‍♀️
2 WEEKS without a BUSINESS phone is unacceptable!!!

Our office telephone lines are down. I have been tring to get setup for a service from Century Link for over an hour.
