This townhouse in Sedona had a few odd leaks, water would come out of the vents when we got heavy enough rain. I found that the water was sloaping inward towards the A.C. unit. So we diverted the water, patched the holes and put 3 coats on this roof. Safe to say those vents will be dry from here on out!
