Why Do Ceilings Crack?

- Cause: Expansion and contraction due to weather changes.
- Signs: Cracks appearing seasonally or in humid areas.

3. Poor Construction:
- Cause: Insufficient fastening or improper joint treatment.
- Signs: Straight-line cracks along seams, especially in new homes.

4. Water Damage:
- Cause: Leaky roofs or plumbing issues.
- Signs: Discolored patches and soft, spongy cracks.

5. Natural Aging:

The damage in this video was from an AC leak which was repaired prior to our repair of the ceiling. It is best to find the cause of the cracks and repair it first or your cracks will continue to return over time.

By far our most incredible capture by an overnight guest so far!!! The actual woman turning to the left (her right) has a round chin, soft eyebrows, wearing her hair pulled back and BANGS. The other woman's face has a chiseled appearance, thick eyebrows, Victorian style hairdo and NO bangs.
