🍓 Strawberries = beginner friendly
🫐 Blueberries = long-term producers
❤️ Raspberries = huge harvest potential
🖤 Blackberries = tough & productive

Not all foods can be canned the same way — and knowing the difference between acid and low acid foods matters for safety 🤎

🍅 Acid foods = water bath canning
🥕 Low acid foods = pressure canning
