The polka dot plant, Hypoestes phyllostachya, is so beautiful it almost looks fake 👀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These babies love warm temperatures and high humidity, so they really thrive down here in swampy Florida. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They need medium to bright indirect light, their soil to stay moist (not soaking), and enjoy being fertilized in the growing season. In the right conditions, they'll put out tiny little purple flowers when they're happy. We let them go, but you can pinch them off if you'd like your plant to focus on growing it's stunning foliage. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Peperomias are the perfect plants for beginner houseplant hobbyists. We consider them easy-care plants as all they need is medium to bright indirect light, well draining soil and to be watered when dry. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Not to mention, they're absolutely beautiful! These babies come in many different shapes, sizes and colors. There's a peperomia out there for everyone no matter your taste in plants. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Ficus altissimo is fiddle leaf fig’s easier going, more care-free cousin. This plant enjoys the same care as a fiddle-leaf, but is more forgiving when it comes to light and water conditions.

Like most tropical plants, altissimo prefers bright indirect light, warm temperatures with moderate humidity and to be watered when the top couple inches of soil are dry.

These plants will show you when they don’t like their conditions by drooping or dropping their leaves, but tend to bounce back once addressed. If you’ve been wanting to add a ficus to your collection, Ficus altissimo is the perfect choice due to easy care and the simplistic beauty of the foliage. I mean just look at her!! 😍

Strawberry begonias 🍓 or Saxifraga stolonifera, are so stinkin cute!

We’ve got baby ones in stock, add one to your collection today!

As they grow bigger they look beautiful in a hanging basket. They stay full on top with bigger leaves and send out long dainty runners where the babies clump up at the bottom and can be removed and replanted to gift to friends and family!

Our fuzzy friends enjoy bright indirect light, a moist but well-draining soil and to be in temperatures close to 50°-75°F. Be mindful when watering as the leaves don’t love getting wet and this will reduce the chance of a fungal disease showing up.

Polynesian ivy, Pellionia Pulchra…. she’s stunning 👀!

She likes lots of light (indirect of course!), moist soil, and a humid environment. She creeps along the forest floor or hangs down a pot in your living room.

Philodendron is an epiphytic climber, meaning it grows up other plants (like trees) but is not parasitic- similar to ferns or orchids. Add one of these guys to your collection and you'll be sure to impress your plant friends. Some say he's a slow grower, but in our experience with this one at the shop, he's putting out a new leaf about every 7-10 days! 😍
