Now Hiring: Portable Building Manufacturing & Repair Technician

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team in the manufacturing and repair of portable buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the construction and assembly of portable buildings
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and structural improvements
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
• Experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required

Travel Requirements:
• Must be willing and able to travel to job sites across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, including El Paso, Amarillo, Las Cruces, Roswell, and surrounding areas

Compensation:
• Starting pay: $18.00/hour
• Opportunity for up to a $2.00/hour raise based on performance and training progress
